UMAG held the annual outward band for our headquarter teams in July. In the training process, all people were divided into 4 individual groups at random, and set up their own companies for operation from initial. Via the simulation training, the 4 group people have inspired their intelligence, thoughts, and positive activities to achieve success for the whole instead of individual. The organized activities by the coach taught all people, how to activate each potential, uniform the goal and behavior ensuring the win in the tough competition.

The other great achievement is sharing, understanding, and gaining win-win. In the 4^th project, we organized 2 teams into one unit against competitors. Via sharing staff, resource, tools, we fulfill our goal on time, be the leading. It helps us realize the importance of co-working among different teams, departments and companies. If the co-working keeps efficient, and effective, we’ll get the bigger win than expected.
